The wait was way too long. I went at the scheduled time, but I think I waited about an hour. The director was a bit curt, so I felt self-conscious about asking too many questions. Still, since it was a revision surgery consultation, I clearly explained what I wanted improved, and they measured my eyes with a ruler while saying the two sides were different, how many millimeters they differed, and what method might work. There was definitely no unnecessary upselling, and they even said I didn’t necessarily need surgery. Since I said I wouldn’t have surgery, there was no cost information. It wasn’t 5 million.
