I'm a man, and my nasal tip is blunt and split, so I'm thinking of doing only nasal tip cartilage suturing, or only nostril reduction, or both together. Please recommend hospitals and directors who are good at both. Since I'm not level 3, it's hard to get information. Also, among those who have only had nasal tip cartilage suturing, if you do only that, does it look very pinched?
