At the hospital where I’m having nose surgery this time, they said they would use donated costal cartilage for the columella area that acts as a support pillar, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. As far as I know, only one type of material is used for the nasal tip… Is it common to use multiple materials for nasal tip surgery?
