I got a consultation for alar base reduction + nasal bridge. I was scared of silicone, so I went twice to get more consultations, focusing mainly on the alar base, and because I wanted to do everything at once if I was going to do it, I went back again. I could feel that they were carefully considering the right amount for my face and the surgical method during the consultation. There weren't many reviews about using silicone, so I'm still thinking about which method to choose, but if I do it, I feel like it should be here..
