They say that even if you use silicone these days, there are fewer side effects, but is that really true? At one place, after a consultation, they told me to use autologous costal cartilage, and at another place they said silicone would be fine, so I'm confused. I don't want revision surgery, and I don't want pain either, hmm. But do they also provide after-service for rhinoplasty?
