I'm looking into under-eye fat repositioning because of dark circles and tear troughs, but the more I look into it, the more worried I get lol I feel like I need autologous fat grafting too for the dark circles to improve, but I'm scared of side effects. If there's a good hospital, could you recommend one? I'm trying to add it to my in-person consultation list.
