Hello^^ First, greetings. lol I originally planned to do only my nose; but on the day of surgery, I decided to do my eyes too.. I worried a lot.. (to the point that my friends said after my nose surgery was all over, I would say, "Excuse me.. since the anesthesia hasn't fully worn off yet, please do my eyes too";;) In the end.. I did it.. lol I do miss my monolid eyes a little (as if it's been that long;;), but still, thinking maybe I'll look a bit prettier^^ My nose had issues, so it was done as a corrective procedure.. lol Every hospital I went to said it would be a difficult surgery and that my nose had a lot of problems.. Because it was a hump nose + severely deviated nose =_= On the day itself, I was kind of calm;; I'm not the type to worry much about surgeries, so I was calm.. but when I actually went into the operating room, I did get a little nervous. At the final consultation, I decided to do my eyes too, went in, got the IV inserted, and surgery started. ㄱ- They first injected local anesthesia into my eyes, and it was pretty painful.ㅠㅠ Inside I was like, "Kuh-ugh" Maybe the position wasn't settling well, because the doctor kept going "Haa.. hmm.. sseup.." <- making sounds like this;) After roughly finishing that.. they did sleep anesthesia, and it was really no joke.. I had read reviews before going, so.. 'Ohh, now the medicinal smell is slightly filling up to my throat, is this the fourth dimension..' <- it really is like that/ The nurse said, I'll put you to sleep, and then I felt the medication going in, and in an instant the smell filled my throat.. like a roller coaster suddenly taking off, swoosh~~ Someone said they played with Pikachu;; for me, Kim Sam-soon appeared.. -_-... Because the surgery was complicated.. they did osteotomy too.. shaved it.. and so on.. I had such a hard time midway that.. I had sleep anesthesia about 4-5 times.. and even took a short break in the middle.;; The scheduled time was 2 and a half hours, but I think it took about 3 and a half? almost four hours;;;ㅠㅠ Still, during the surgery, the nurse held my hand.. so I held on tightly.. hahaha More than the surgery, putting in the gauze hurt more..ㅜ Yesterday, draining the blood hurt more -_- I'm really sorry, but I wanted to hit the doctor once..ㅠㅠ The swelling now is no joke.. Like a swollen, waterlogged barley grain.. like Midae's older-brother-face style.. Maybe I'm even more swollen because I sleep too well;; The surgery was less scary than I expected..^^ I don't know how my face looks yet either.. because my nose is in a cast and everything is swollen. I do have quite a bit of fear that I'll become a face too different from before surgery;;; But I have a question.. Sometimes the tip of my nose stings and tingles.. and blood mixed with something a bit watery comes out. Is that okay?? It also seems like this might be normal;; And my nose is blocked.. is it okay if I gently clean just the very outer part with a cotton swab??? Please answer. Whether you haven't had surgery yet or already have, let's all become prettier!!!
