I’m thinking about full nose removal, and it seems problems can occur if a lot of the septal cartilage had been removed. Is it possible to put the removed septal cartilage back in its original place? If anyone has done this, please share your reviewㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m also curious whether whether a lot of septal cartilage was used can only be confirmed by opening the nose. If anyone knows, please answerㅠㅠ
