I had total removal surgery yesterday and took out the packing myself today with the doctor's permission, but why do I feel like I am suffocating to death? ㅠㅠㅠ I am someone who absolutely cannot sleep while breathing through my mouth, so I have not slept a wink and feel like I am dying. Even after taking the packing out, it is still like this, so I am going crazy. During my first surgery, I had the packing removed on day two, and for almost several hours my nose felt clearly open, so I slept deeply… Is it because I took it out after only one day this time, or because I did not do nasal irrigation separately? ㅠㅠㅠ I feel like I am dying ㅠㅠㅠ When will I be able to breathe through my nose? ㅠㅠㅠ It is really painful that it is the weekend.
