Septal cartilage removal after autologous dermis

My first surgery was silicone, septal extension, and Medpor, but it was too high, so I had surgery to lower only the silicone. But I felt uneasy about the Medpor, so I had both the Medpor and silicone removed, left only the septal cartilage, and used autologous dermis for the nasal bridge and nasal tip. But I thought it would be less hard if the Medpor was removed, yet it’s still hard, and everything is low except the nasal tip, which is high because of the septal cartilage, so it looks upturned ㅜ I want to remove the septal cartilage too ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ When I made an online inquiry to S.S.Y., they said it seems like the direction of the septal cartilage needs to be changed, and if there isn’t enough, ear cartilage should be used for cartilage repositioning. What should I do ㅜ Seriously …
