My nose was originally small and slightly upturned, but because it was augmented, it is a bit pointy. I am worried because the ear cartilage shows through in a round shape. They say that even if dermis is inserted, it quickly becomes thin again. If I lower the nasal height a little, will it stop showing through, or if the skin is thin, is show-through something that can never be resolved for life?
