Hospital B: remove the nasal bridge cartilage, and for the septal extension and nasal tip done in the primary surgery, raise the nasal tip a bit more through cartilage repositioning. Because my midface is long, I want to raise the nasal tip, but there is a risk that if I unnecessarily touch the nasal tip support column, the shape could become even stranger. The price is the same for both.
