At the nasal support, they placed costal cartilage on both sides, used costal cartilage for septal extension, and on top of that did overlapping grafting with ear cartilage and costal cartilage. If I were to have that removed, would the tip be able to stay up without collapsing?ㅠㅠ If the septum was harvested and the septum is in a weakened state, is the only way to reinforce that area with costal cartilage?
