I had rhinoplasty 9 years ago and had been living so-so, but starting a few months ago, my nose became crooked, my nostrils became uneven, one nasal ala looked asymmetrically pinched, and it seemed to be getting more and more visible, so I started worrying about it and am thinking about removal My original nose had a low glabella, so I’m worried my face will look flat and unattractive after removal lol Since it’s 2 mm Gore-Tex, I think it may have been absorbed and lowered, but I’m worried.
