I've had pain in my nose since August, so I'm thinking about removal. It's been well over 20 years, so I don't even remember my original nose, and I've lived longer with my current nose, so this nose feels like my own. Question: after removal, does it go back to the original natural nose? L-shaped silicone, 3 mm, and no other implants. I don't think the nasal bridge was shaved separately, and they say it is a soft-type L-shaped silicone
