I’m 9 months post-op after nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage without an implant at Gangnam BN. My nasal tip has drooped, and the nasal tip feels sharp, so I’m looking into removal. BN says removal is impossible and suggests revision surgery to make it round, but I hate the foreign-body sensation and the anxiety that it feels like it might pierce through. Please recommend hospitals that can do complete removal. I live outside Seoul, and it’s an 8-hour round trip.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
