I was told I need to remove it right away because I have contracture and inflammation, but I'm worried that after removal there will be a lot of contraction and my nose will turn up a lot. My natural nose was slightly upturned and the bridge was also low. I went for removal consultations today at ㅊㅁ and ㄴㅈㄹ, and ㅊㅁ said everything has to be taken out completely, but they can't guarantee what happens afterward. ㄴㅈㄹ said that during removal, since I still need to manage daily life to some extent, they would shape it with something like ear cartilage, and if there is no inflammatory reaction after around 6 months, we should do revision surgery again then.
