I had a consultation for total removal at the place where I had surgery, but they said the silicone can be removed, but the septal cartilage support strut absolutely has to be left in. They said if the septal cartilage support strut is removed, the nose can become lower, spread out, become crooked or collapse, and the function can also collapse. They said the nasal tip will stay hard as it is and it can’t go back to being a soft nose, so I had a mental breakdownㅠㅠ I was definitely planning to remove the septal cartilage support strut. I really hate the hardness. I was so flustered. They’re also charging quite a lot for the removal. Please share your experiences and opinions about removalㅜㅜ
