I developed nasal contracture and had revision surgery with autologous dermis at the hospital where I had my surgery, but I feel like my nasal tip is still upturned.. It seems like the bridge has almost disappeared, and I’m left only with a scar on my buttocks. It’s really stressful.. Starting from 3 weeks after surgery, my nostrils gradually started lifting, and my nasal tip became shorter. What could be the reason?
