Hello, I’m someone who had osteotomy, slight hump shaving, silicone, donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and bulbous nose correction 4 months agoㅜㅜ After getting the surgery, my impression changed much more than I expected. I wanted to increase the height, but maybe because of the bulbous nose tissue removal and hump shaving, there was no change in height at all, and it only became slimmer. I’m not happy with the shape either, and after the surgery my septum bent into an S-shape, so I can’t take the stress anymore and am planning to have it removed for now. In cases like this, are there hospitals that do septal correction and removal together...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
