I’m planning to remove it after 6 months without inflammation after my first nose surgery. I had nasal lengthening with autologous costal cartilage, but the grafted side is blocking one nasal passage and my nasal tip has become crooked. If there’s no inflammation and I remove it soon, will it return to my original nose shape? I’m thinking of SYGYSCM, but if anyone has been to other places, has recommendations, or has gone for consultations at hospitals specializing in removal, please tell me good or bad reviews
