They looked at the CT and inside my nose, and did examine things in a lot of detail. Silicone removal, removing as much of the capsule as possible. I said that for my nasal tip, I wanted to put in a short support strut so that the nasal tip hopefully wouldn’t collapse, but they said if I wanted that, I should come after 6 months. I said I wanted something between a surgically operated nose and my original nose. They said if not that, and if it’s a full removal, it’s better to do it right away. Psychological factors, cartilage adhesion, etc. In my case, the silicone goes almost all the way to the nasal tip, so I said I was worried about the skin, but they didn’t go so far as to say let’s use dermis. For now, they just said to remove it quicklyㅋㅋ The septal extension was bent, but only slightly enough that it showed only on CT …
