I was told L-shaped silicone was cut and inserted into my nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage. It’s been 10 years since my rhinoplasty. It’s definitely not a pretty nose, but it was better than before, so I had just been living with it. First of all, I kept worrying about the implant showing through, so I’m going around for consultations to have it removed because I think removing it would make me feel more at ease.
