Because my columella was deviated, I decided to do an early correction and correct the way my nose had come out too long. The photo order is: 1. Right after the first surgery 2. After splint removal from the first surgery 3. Early correction on day 11 4. The nose I wanted, edited from photo 2
That’s the order. In the photo right after the first surgery, the nasal tip is lifted, but if you look at the second photo from day 7 after the splint was removed, you can see it came down a lot. I hated that so much and felt like I looked like Squidward, so while correcting the deviated nasal tip and columella, I tried to redo the shape like photo 4. But in the photo after the correction, it looks too lifted. Will the nasal tip come down like it did after the first surgery and become natural??
