First, my current nose was done about 13 years ago with ear cartilage and silicone through a closed approach. I don’t have any particular side effects, but I think it’s too high and I don’t like the shape, so I had consultations at four places. The clinic I like the most is the most expensive If I do revision surgery, it would be silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and columella lifting. Up to here, the materials are all the same at each clinic, but this expensive clinic adds things like crooked nose and bulbous nose when telling me the price. They first quoted nose revision surgery in the 9 million won range, then discounted it to the mid-7 million won range. Other clinics gave quotes in the high-4 million won range…
