I looked at my original nose, and the nasal tip was broad, the nostrils were spread out, and it was unattractive, so I actually think not having a nasal bridge might be better because my midface is long, but if even the nasal tip spreads out, I think I’ll really get hit hard with reality and struggle after removal over whether to have revision surgery or notㅠ I also have some foreign-body sensation from the septal cartilage, so I’d like to do complete removal if possible, but it seems there are quite a few people who remove it and then have revision surgery again, and my original nose was the type where the nostrils didn’t show much, so I don’t think it will upturn, but major side effects like the nose upturning or the columella retracting…
