I deleted the photos. When viewed from below, there’s also nostril asymmetry, and I was stressed because the cartilage at the right nasal tip was showing through. In the meantime, I found out that the hospital that did my surgery used a little Medpor in the columella, so I got anxious and am looking into whether I should get revision surgery while I’m at it The nasal bridge was done with Gore-Tex at about 15 mm, and for the nasal tip they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage. These days there’s a lot of talk about Gore-Tex too, and since my skin is extremely thin, if I do the surgery again, I’m planning to remove everything But if I do it this time, it would be my 4th open surgery, so I’m really conflicted…
