My first surgery was with L-shaped silicone, so my nasal tip gradually lifted slightly, and for my second surgery, they extended it with septal cartilage and lowered the nasal tip. This time I’m thinking of removing it, but right now it seems like the septal cartilage is holding the nasal tip in place. If I remove everything, I’m worried it might lift again like it did before because of the L-shaped silicone. Is there anyone here who, like me, had L-shaped silicone, then had the nasal tip redone with septal cartilage, and then removed it? Or if anyone here had L-shaped silicone removed, please tell me how you removed it
