Revision surgery due to visible cartilage at the nasal tip...

I'm thinking about revision surgery because the nasal tip cartilage shows through as round and white..

At one clinic I consulted, they said they would trim the septal cartilage at the nasal tip and place artificial dermis on top, but since dermis absorption varies case by case, I'm worried about what might happen..ㅠ

If it gradually gets absorbed, could the nasal tip end up sinking lower than the nasal bridge,,,?
