I don't think it was like this in the early stages after surgery, but at some point it started showing through. I'm also not very satisfied with the shape. I want it to look natural, but I don't know what I should do. If I remove it, what happens to the shape? And if I just live with it as it is now, could inflammation or something like that occur later?
