I only wanted to have nasal tip surgery, but the director said I absolutely had to put in L-shaped silicone, so I did, and now I regret it... back in 2016ㅠㅠ So far, there haven’t been any problems, but I heard that if it’s L-shaped, it’s best to remove it as soon as possible no matter what... haㅠㅠ After removing it, I want to have revision surgery only on the nasal tip, the way I originally wanted. That’s possible, right?! What material should be used... Are there any clinics in this area that you’d say I absolutely have to visit?? The ones I briefly researched online are ㅊㅇ, ㄹㅅㅌ, ㅍㄹㅁ, and ㅅㅇ!!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
