My nose was originally on the shorter side, but the doctor put in 4 mm silicone almost up to the glabella and stacked 4 layers or 3 layers for the septal extension, so my nose looks long I removed the silicone, but maybe because of the nasal tip, that long feeling still remains. If I remove the septal extension, will it be a bit better? No, more than the cosmetic issue, the tight feeling in my nose is annoying now, so either way removal is the answer I want to remove it quickly. I made an appointment for October, but I really hate this feeling
