I had surgery 2 years ago, and the first design was pretty, but it did feel like the nasal bridge was raised a bit too much. They said they put in 4 mm silicone. Honestly, I only wanted to do the nasal tip, but the doctor said it couldn’t be done with the tip alone. Anyway, I had pressure, a foreign-body sensation, and pulling in the philtrum area, and the see-through effect from sunlight at the side of the nasal bridge was really severe ㅜㅜ And I thought it was just part of the process of becoming more natural, but not long after the surgery, the nasal tip started coming down. It kept coming down, and now an acquaintance told me the silicone mark is visible from the front, so I went to the hospital, and they said my philtrum muscles are strong…
