Honestly, I only wanted to do the nasal tip, but the doctor said it couldn’t be done with the tip alone. Anyway, I had pressure, a foreign-body sensation, and pulling in the philtrum area, and the see-through effect from sunlight at the side of the nasal bridge was really severe And I thought it was just part of the process of becoming more natural, but not long after the surgery, the nasal tip started coming down.
