Is it better for the nose to have it removed at the hospital where I had surgery, or is it better to have it removed at a hospital that specializes in removal? I had no implant, with septal cartilage and ear cartilage ㅠㅜ The nasal tip is gradually looking less pretty and seems to be drooping, so I’m distressed. I’m also worried that with Chuseok coming soon, I might not be able to have surgery for early removal. If it’s day 8, they’ll do early removal, right?
