I'm looking into getting revision rhinoplasty I had it done the year before last, but my nostril wings have gotten wider and the tip seems to be turning up ㅠ The shape of my nostrils is weird too.. I made a big decision to get surgery because my bridge and nasal tip were so unattractive, but it hasn't even been that long and this is happening, so I'm so depressed....ㅠㅠ Sighㅠㅠㅠ I keep thinking I should never have done it in the first place, and even regretting it makes me annoyed ㅠㅠ If this is a side effect, then it's a side effect, but this time it really has to settle well without any more revision rhinoplastyㅠㅠ For days now I've just been searching reviews and holding onto hope, but there are so many clinics.. I can't make a decision ㅠ Please recommend places that are good at revision rhinoplasty

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
