It’s been 2 years since my first surgery, and I can clearly feel that the skin over the bridge of my nose has gotten thinner. Ever since I drank alcohol, there’s been a throbbing along the silicone edge, and these days I feel a tightening across the bridge of my nose and between my eyebrows, even a pulling sensation on the skin of my forehead. Could this be an early symptom of contracture? The doctor looked at my nose with the naked eye and said there was nothing wrong, but when I mentioned the pulling sensation, he suddenly vaguely said it could be chronic inflammation, and I’m freaking out with anxiety I’ve been taking antibiotics since not long ago.
