It's been a long time since I had rhinoplasty, and I've been living very satisfied with it. But I see people saying that as a lot of time passes after rhinoplasty, inflammatory reactions can occur and silicone has to be removed. On average, around when do side effects like that occur?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
