Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I'm thinking of trying again after a failed revision surgery for an upturned nose about 9 years ago. It should be better now than the surgery back then, right?

Around 2012, my first surgery was a failure. It seems like they only touched the bridge of my nose and didn't touch the upturned nose at all. Around 2015, my second surgery completely failed too, and once the swelling went down, it was basically at a level where there was no change. This time I've made up my mind and am thinking of spending over 10 million won at ㅅㅎ for my final re-revision surgery, but the doctor asked me whether I personally felt that the upturned nose had been improved even a little after the two surgeries. So I said that the upturned nose had not changed at all and I don't think it was resolved at all. Then he told me that if they lowered the upturned nose surgically and it still looks like this, it would have to be an extremely severe upturned nose, enough to be published in academia...
