Autologous costal cartilage ㅜㅜㅜ I feel like I’d be bothered by the scar later in the summer when wearing something like a swimsuit, but when looking only at the nose, they say the absorption and inflammation rates are lower.. If the price is similar, which one is better to choose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
