4 years ago, I used silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage plus septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but I’m anxious because it seems like the skin near the glabella has thinned and the shape of the silicone is faintly showing, so I’m planning to remove it completely and have revision surgery. Autologous dermis would be safe, but people say it also gets absorbed too much, and I don’t like the idea of a scar on my buttocks, so I’m thinking about donated dermis. Is there anyone here who has built up the nasal bridge with donated dermis?
