I had my first surgery because I had a severe bulbous nose, and 5 years after surgery the implant shifted to one side, so I had revision surgery a month ago. But I don’t like the revision shape either, and it became an Avatar nose and a Pinocchio nose. So I’m thinking about removal surgery after 6 months. If I remove everything from the nasal bridge and nasal tip, will it spread out a lot? Are there any reviews, maybe from someone who had a bulbous nose and underwent removal surgery…
