Is there anyone here who had silicone removed through a closed approach after rhinoplasty done through an open approach? ㅠㅜ Would closed removal create less scar tissue than open removal?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
