Honestly, it’s not bad even now, but I felt disappointed that my nasal tip had drooped compared to before, so after thinking about it for several years, I made up my mind. It may be greed, but that’s how plastic surgery is, you know. Anyway I had follow-up consultations at both a new place and the place where I had it done before. It’s been 7 years since the previous surgery, and since it still seems to be maintained pretty well without any side effects, I went back there. What I want is to make it look again exactly like the early line I had when I got it done there. Both the new consultation place and the place from my previous surgery said to add only ear cartilage to the nasal tip. They said the nasal tip could droop again later, and if I don’t want that, they mentioned autologous costal cartilage, but I don’t want to go that far, so X. Previous surgery ear cartilage...
