Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Can’t cartilage be reused?

For my first nose surgery, I had the nasal tip slightly built with autologous dermis and ear cartilage 12 years ago. For my second nose surgery 3 years ago, I had the dermis removed, ear cartilage from the other side used, and septal extension. Right now, from the front, I more or less like my nose, but maybe the doctor trusted my skin thickness too much while removing the dermis and extending the nose; the cartilage is almost showing, and the side profile is too pointyㅠㅠ My forehead and cheekbones are naturally round and somewhat three-dimensional, so because only my nose is pointy, even without a single piece of silicone, it looks too much like I had plastic surgery. I said that since the dermis made my nose look too spread out, I just wanted that slightly refined, but he said my nose was short and pulled it forward a bit…
