Reasons for removal: eye pulling, so the inner corners of my eyes are much more visible than before; dry eyes; the starting part of the silicone shows through. Currently, I have silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage at the nasal tip, columella support through septal extension, bulbous nose correction, and fat removal, and I did not have osteotomy. This is what I was told My biggest concerns are eye pulling, dry eyes, and the silicone showing through. If you were in my situation, would it be better to remove the silicone and lower the nasal tip, or would it be better to do a total removal? Everyone, what would you do?
