Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Can inflammation occur even more than 15 years after nasal tip cartilage surgery?

I don't have strongly keloid-prone skin, but the areas where I had incisions have remained visibly marked, and the cartilage placed in my nasal tip felt like it could be slightly felt when touching the flesh on the inside of my right nostril. I had only my nasal tip operated on using autologous cartilage, and since it was done in 2007, it has been over 15 years. Suddenly, centered around the surgical scar inside my nose, it has become red and swollen up and down, scabs are forming, and a little discharge has started coming out, so I'm worried that if I leave it alone, it might become skin inflammation and necroseㅜㅜㅜ I thought my nose was just swollen and kept touching it with my hand, which seems to have made it worse...
