It feels like sounds come from my nostrils, and both inhaling and exhaling feel short of breath. I think osteotomy restoration is urgent.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
