It’s been 2 years since removal, and I had nasal tip revision and columella lowering. But even up until last year, my columella had come down nicely, but lately my nose looks lifted again and has become an upturned nose. When I looked closely, the columella had sunken a lot, so the incision scar is more visible and it became an upturned noseㅠ Sigh, after looking around, I saw people say that if cartilage correction wasn’t done properly, the nasal tip can lift. I don’t think it’s inflammation. Is there anywhere that definitely does cartilage correction well?
