Has anyone here had only the bones on both sides shaved down without raising the nasal bridge..? I had my first surgery a few years ago with autologous dermis, and because of nasal tip drooping, I had a consultation for revision surgery this time! They said they would shape only the nasal tip with donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage, and since the nasal bridge bone is a bit wide, shaving down both sides would make it look slimmer. Is the swelling severe?
