I saw a post before saying that even if you don't notice it right after removal, after a few years the cartilage tissue can become damaged, and later the nose can collapse or become deviated. I had silicone inserted, and the nasal tip was operated on with donated costal cartilage. If I remove the donated costal cartilage that is acting as a support on the columella side, could my nose collapse later? If possible, I want to do a complete total removal and not have any additional surgery ㅠㅠ Among people who have had removal consultations or actually had removal, is there anyone who knows about things like collapse or deviation? Even if it can't be a 100% healthy nose like my original nose …
